Two induction furnaces with capacities up to 6t and 9t of liquid material as gray iron, nodular iron, low carbon steel (SAE 1030), and other materials on request;
A gas furnace with 400 kg capacity for Bronze;
In site die shop, to supply, adapt and maintenance of foundry models;
Control of Carbon, Silicon and Carbon equivalent directly in the furnace;
Molding through the cold dryng system;
Recovery of 100% of the sand used, guaranteeing the preservation of the environment and reducing losses in the manufacturing process;
